Knot Her Ranchers

A Big Sky Omegas Novel

Big Sky Omegas Book 3

Published: June 27, 2026

All I dreamed of was escaping, so I planned, I observed, and I endured.

When the opportunity to flee crossed my path, I took my children and we ran from the cruel alpha who bonded me against my will.

Fate led us to a ranch where we could be safe, where we could hide…where finding a home might be possible.

I never realized that once I had my freedom, it wouldn’t be enough. The life I could build there seemed too good to be true, and years of mistreatment at the compound taught me it’s dangerous to want more.

Were their sweet words real?
Was an omega actually willing to share his pack?
Could alphas truly have a gentle touch?

No matter how much I craved them, I might never be able to heal from the trauma of my past. The world I left behind wouldn’t let me go so easily, and my former alpha would rather put me in the ground than see me happy.

Knot Her Ranchers is a part of the Big Sky Omegas Universe.

Content Notes

Please be mindful of your mental health when reading this book. While all of the Lexieverse FMCs go through a lot, Maisie is in the worst situation of all of them to date by a fairly wide margin. She was raised in a cult compound and was given to the leader’s son when she reached adulthood. Please review the warnings below carefully.

Abuse - FMC is in a high control environment with an abusive partner at the start of the book. Her partner is depicted very little on page, but his impact is heavily present as we begin the story, and the abuse Maisie suffered will inform her thoughts and behaviors.

  • Emotional abuse

    • FMC is under constant stress from her controlling partner and suffers from anxiety because of it. After she physically gets away from him she still has the alpha-omega bond with him, so she’ll experience his emotions through her healing process.

  • Financial abuse

    • FMC does not have access to her own money beyond what the compound allows her to use

  • Physical abuse

    • FMC has endured past physical violence, and will have encounters on page later in the story. She also has been confined/imprisoned in small spaces as part of punishments or during her heats

  • Neglect

    • FMC was left to suffer during her heats when she lived in the compound

  • Sexual abuse

    • All of the FMCs pregnancies were a result of reproductive coercion and she has never wanted to be intimate with her abusive partner

    • No sexual abuse is depicted on page.

Animal endangerment - no animals are physically harmed in the book

Child endangerment - no children are physically harmed in the book, but the threat is present

Cult - FMC is part of a cult compound, but does not fully buy into all of their philosophies. Her life is highly controlled and some of their ideas have integrated themselves into her worldview despite her best efforts.

Fire - fire is set to a home.

Murder - both successful (drowning and stabbing) and attempted (arson).
